Our standard package gives you a full capture of your whole event, with each stand getting one basic hotspot with their name and listing on our menu system. This costs either £30 per stand or a minimum charge of £5,000, depending on which is higher.

    When you work with us, we take a 3D capture of your entire event. However, individual exhibitors can get upgrades. This means that users get to take a closer look at individual stalls and access dedicated audiovisual materials.

  • What is 3D capture?

    3D capture is when a real-life object is captured and turned into a virtual object. It's used in a wide range of contexts, from manufacturing to Hollywood blockbusters. In the case of EXPO 360, we take a 3D capture of your event space. This is then used to create a virtual replica that can be explored by users long after the event has finished.

  • What is an avatar?

    An avatar is a digital representation of a person. EXPO 360 gives exhibitors the option of having an avatar of a team member telling the user more about their services.

  • What is a hotspot?

    A hotspot is a virtual representation of a stand. Online visitors can click on the hotspot and be taken to the stall-holder's website.

  • Where are you based?
